Right alongside East Croydon station is the Croydon Visitor Centre, the BID's one-stop shop for information about Croydon and London.

The centre's opening hours are:

Monday - 7:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Tuesday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Saturday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Bank Holiday opening hours are 10:00 AM to 17:00 PM

What we do :

The Centre team helps shoppers, local employees, residents, leisure and business visitors to Croydon. The Centre also advises the thousands of tourists who choose Croydon as a convenient and affordable base for a London site-seeing holiday.

Team members give friendly, helpful and multi-lingual advice on travel and accommodation along with up-to-the-minute information on everything that's happening locally. You can book a Croydon hotel room, purchase London travelcards and train tickets nationwide, top-up your Oyster (including one-day bus and tram passes)and buy National Express coach tickets for both UK and European destinations, tickets for West End hit shows and rides on London's famous double-decker bus tours - all under one roof.

The Centre is also a great resource for local businesses, offering exhibition space, opportunities to advertise goods and services and a central contact point for information and advice.
